Karan Dholakia joined TIGI HR in February, 2019 as a Business Development Executive. He comes with 6 months of experience working with a renowned company in Ahmedabad.
He started off as a Business Development Executive in his career and soon within a few years he got elevated to a Business Development Manager also with this he is also dedicated to lead a group of people under him.
He didn’t intend to look out for a job change actively, but after having friendly experience of an interview at TIGI HR, he decided to join TIGI HR.
Karan is a knowledgeable and fun loving guy, who always plays with his hair. Also he is good at maintaining a stress free environment on the floor.
He had converted few dominant clients into a friendly and soft-client. The appreciative part of Karan is he never used an authority as granted, he knew the actual importance of the authority.

- What is your job as a Business Development Manager ?
I become a bridge between my company and clients from diversify domain across India and help them to fulfil their hiring task and try to achieve our vision of maximum employment globally.
- What’s your communication style?
At first I listen what my client is looking for because it is important to become a listener to serve the best to our client and according to that I consult them.
- What is your favorite part about your job?
Prospect converting: It gives me immense happiness when I closed the deal it push me to do little more at every single deal.
- What are the challenges in your job and how do you go about solving them?
Challenges I generally faced is to find the efficient leads for that I tried new things everyday and do a healthy research also taking the follow-ups from client as in Business Development we generally require min 5 follow-ups to convert that client.
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
Apart from work I love to play with numbers so doing analysis on my finance and investment in stock market also I am very huge cricket lover I didn’t miss a single match of India.
- What is your motivation to give your highest productivity ?
Continues support from the management and team cooperation leads me to push myself a little more daily
- What is the TIGI HR’s team like?
We are having a team which work as a task complete it with the collaborative work we support each other at every single stage where someone is stuck.
- What advice would you give someone who is seeking the same line of work?
It is a vast field to explore someone who is preparing for this post has to be positive, smart working and handle the pressure & convert it in to results for their growth as well as organizational growth.
- What are the most lovable and funny moments you have at TIGI HR !
There are many cannot be note down all but few like we create a fun environment in the middle of work to be free and relax and lovable moments are the celebrations like festivals, annual day and small monthly get together.
