We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Representative at TIGI HR, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Representative:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via email, phone, or live chat.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our products/services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Identify and escalate critical customer issues to the appropriate department.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to actively listen, empathize with customers, and demonstrate patience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
