The aim of this camping is to recognize and inspire the HR industry towards exponential growth. We appreciate the work of HR leaders because we have seen them working hard from day-in to day-out that helps us to run our organizations smoothly. Many people judge books by it’s cover page and they think that HR is the one of the most peaceful jobs in this world but we know that it’s not as always we see it. Since many years as we are serving our services in this industry we have understood the actual seriousness and importance of HR leaders.

NOTE: We do not expect any sponsorship or payments from your side. This is a voluntary initiative and we are doing this only to encourage, recognize and appreciate the inspiring HR leaders of India.

What’s our selection criteria?

This is the toughest part of our search, and this is where we will need your support. Our shortlisting criteria will include (but not limited to) as below:

• The employer branding of the company
• Evaluation of company feedback and ratings on websites like Glassdoor, Ambitionbox and other social media networks
• Recruitment campaigns, job postings, efforts in attracting desired candidates
• Company career pages on their website
• Recommendations on your profile (LinkedIn, or otherwise)
• Friendly reference checks from industry colleagues
• Achievements
• Personal career graph, experience, etc.
