Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative web applications and features using Laravel PHP framework while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Backend Excellence: Build and optimize the backend logic, including APIs, database interactions, and server-side components to provide seamless functionality to the front-end.
- Collaborative Frontend Integration: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with the backend, ensuring a smooth user experience and responsiveness.
- Data Management: Design and implement efficient database schemas, queries, and data manipulation processes to ensure data integrity and high performance.
- Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to maintain application stability and reliability.
- Code Reviews & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintain a high level of code quality. Mentor junior developers to help them grow their skills.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and proactively optimize code and database queries for faster response times and resource efficiency.
- Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures and best practices to safeguard applications and user data.
- Integration with APIs: Collaborate on integrating third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality and stay updated with industry trends.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and API documentation. Share knowledge and contribute to the team’s growth.
Requirements:
- Laravel Developer Expertise: Strong proficiency in Laravel framework and its components, with a proven track record of delivering Laravel-based projects.
- PHP Proficiency: Extensive experience in PHP programming and understanding of its ecosystem.
- Frontend Awareness: Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers.
- Database Skills: Proficient in database design and management, particularly with MySQL or other relational databases.
- API Development: Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Version Control: Comfortable with Git and code versioning tools for collaboration.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset to tackle complex challenges.
- Team Player: Excellent team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other PHP frameworks such as Symfony or CodeIgniter.
