We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and enhance the performance of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy AI models, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Responsibilities for Artificial Intelligence Engineer:
- Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex problems, optimize processes, and extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Design, train, and fine-tune AI models for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with data engineers to gather, clean, and preprocess data for training and testing purposes.
- Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools to build AI solutions efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and integrate relevant technologies into the development process.
- Implement and maintain scalable and efficient pipelines for data collection, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure their robustness, accuracy, and generalization.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, latency, and resource usage to ensure real-time or near-real-time responsiveness.
- Contribute to research and experimentation with novel AI techniques and algorithms to drive innovation within the company.
- Document code, processes, and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain high coding standards.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and peer code reviews to ensure the overall quality of AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks, with hands-on experience in developing and training models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software development practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges related to AI.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A portfolio of AI projects, publications, or contributions to open-source AI projects is a plus.
