We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our team. As the Lead Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by developing and executing strategic lead generation initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into qualified prospects for our products/services. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, a deep understanding of marketing and sales funnel optimization, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities for Lead Generation Manager:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine the lead generation strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals and target markets.
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and partnerships.
- Content and Campaigns: Develop compelling content, including landing pages, emails, whitepapers, webinars, and other resources, to engage and capture the interest of potential leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel, utilizing marketing automation tools and personalized communication strategies.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain the lead database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, provide insights from lead interactions, and refine lead scoring criteria.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust lead generation strategies as needed.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize lead generation efforts, and use data-driven insights to enhance results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of lead generation specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B lead generation, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team or leading projects.
