Responsibilities:

- Bot Development: Design, configure, and develop RPA bots using leading automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Create workflows and automation scripts to streamline tasks and data processing.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies. Introduce innovative solutions and automation best practices to enhance productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional RPA solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability. Validate the performance of RPA bots under different scenarios and optimize their efficiency.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, enabling them to work seamlessly with RPA solutions and maximize their benefits.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations when designing and deploying RPA solutions. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and performance reports.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA implementation, collaborating with IT support teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA implementation and process automation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python) is advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify automation opportunities, and design effective solutions.
