We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support the company’s growth and success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment processes. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, communication prowess, and a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and expectations for open positions.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements, conducting initial assessments to determine suitability.
  • Conduct thorough and engaging interviews with candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sharing insights and recommendations to continually improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethics and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for a technology or innovation-driven company.
  • Certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
