Responsibilities for Team Lead in IT Company:
- Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring clear communication, goal alignment, and professional development.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team to drive innovation.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity by optimizing processes, tools, and workflows.

- Risk Management:
- Proactively identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead the team in managing and minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (2 years) in IT roles, with at least Y years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong technical background in IT systems, software development, or related fields.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
