We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.

Position: Recruitment Specialist Location: Ahmedabad (Prahlad Nagar), Gujarat, India

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Employ a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals, to identify exceptional candidates for diverse roles within the organization.
  2. Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including skills evaluation and behavioral interviews, to gauge candidates’ qualifications, fit, and potential for growth.
  3. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates.
  4. Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand through various channels to attract top talent and enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  5. Interviewing Excellence: Lead engaging and insightful interviews, ensuring that each candidate’s experience is positive, informative, and reflective of our company culture.
  6. Recruitment Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the efficiency and success of recruitment strategies, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Onboarding Support: Work in tandem with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, fostering a positive and welcoming experience.
  8. Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and actively promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our talent acquisition practices continually.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment methods.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting for positions within the IT, technology, or related industries.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Ahmedabad.
