Corporate world, there are lots of conversations, mails, conference call, formal calls is going on each day with lot of people. There are many words are using as a formal & informal which exactly haven’t know that it is formally/informally used by us. Professional use many words in conversation that can be effect in to the communication and leads healthy relationship with clients.
Generally three types of conversation:
- Verbal Conversation
- Email Conversation
- Virtual Conversation
Informal conversation be like……
Team Member: I have finished the xyz module of our project.
Team Lead : Show me.
Team Member: Sure, Sir.
Team Lead: Very poor result.
(Get demotivate).
Formal conversation be like……
Team Member: I have completed the xyz module of our project.
Team Lead : Demonstrate it.
Team Member: Sure, Sir.
Team Lead: Destitute result.
(Obtain demotivate)
Informal email be like……
- I’m sending this message to apologize/thanks you/dissatisfaction/ask for….
- As you probably know, we have done conversation….
- In order to resolve this issue, I suggest that……
- You can contact me for more….
- Many thanks for your mail/massage….
Formal email be like……
- I’m writing to apologize/thanks you/dissatisfaction/ask for….
